Accomplishments: Turned Pro at 19, 1989 and made money at four of the eight national races entered, until blowing out my shoulders and basically ending my Pro career. Won Alabama State Championship Race in at least one class, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, & 1994 / State #1 Cruiser 1988, 1994, 2004. Raced for Phase II Factory Team in 1987-1988, and left Team for “The Gulf Rider's” National Team, 1989 until retirement, in 1991. 1984 helped, along with others, design and build one of the best Tracks in the United States , Wiregrass BMX, Dothan , Alabama , you should come to a national there and see what I am talking about. Years Riding: A bunch, even though I technically do not ride anymore I do still race on occasion. Riding was my life from 1980-1991, then college and injuries got in the way and I raced the Alabama State Series again in 1994, winning my class, raced on occasion when I moved to Florida in 1995-1997 probably five races. Got a call from an old school friend in September of 2001 and began racing again. The years I do not list, I must say that I did not ride my BMX bike through any of them. Even now the Bike only sees the track on the day of the race. Sad but true. Total years riding would be 19 and counting

Favorite thing to ride: Brunettes / Smooth Flowing BMX Tracks / Ice Hockey Skates in a game, just after having them sharpened / any Porsche with the 911 body shape / Blondes / roller coasters / 1987 Phase II Cruiser

Current Bike(s): 1989 Elf Pro XL (exactly built up the last race it ever ran the Columbus Christmas National 1990 / 2003 DK Cruiser Frame, built old school and new school parts, I can not get rid of my SR's beartraps and Urchin cages, Flats rock, also has a sweet pair of 1986 Sunshine sealed bearing hubs, “if it ain't broke do not fix it” Best spinning hubs I ever owned. / My other old school baby which I have now gotten back, 1987 Phase II cruiser, currently being built back up after paint / 2003 Supercross Pro 24 frame not built up but one of only twelve ever made in Chrome Plate / 1995 Elf Pro Cruiser, currently for sale / currently waiting on a 2005 Clayborn Cro-Mo Cruiser frame serial #001, I have been promised the first one but have not gotten it yet. Maybe one day / also waiting on 2005 Welham Chrome plated cruiser, in production just not here yet.
